Shipping information

Regina uses a digital shopping formula. This means that all orders worldwide are shipped by post from the Netherlands. On this page you will find information about how to send within the Netherlands and abroad. It also lists the shipping rates we charge and when your order is shipped free of charge.

The Netherlands and Belgium

For orders with a value of more than €50, free shipping applies. For orders with a value of less than €50,-, the shipping costs to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium are €4.95. Choose delivery to your home address or a PostNL location nearby. You can choose the delivery and delivery time yourself (there is a surcharge for these options). Orders are insured and sent registered. You can also track your shipping through your account, using Track & Trace. The delivery time of PostNL is 1 to 2 working days.

EU1 countries

For orders with a value of less than €150,-, the shipping costs to Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Austria, Spain, United Kingdom and Sweden are €22,-. For orders with a value of more than €150, free shipping applies. Orders are insured and sent registered via PostNL. You can also track your shipping through your account, using Track & Trace. PostNL's delivery time to countries in Europe is typically 2 to 3 business days.

EU2 countries

For orders with a value of less than €200,-, the shipping costs to other countries in Europe are €29.50. For orders with a value of more than €200, free shipping applies. Orders are insured and sent registered via PostNL. You can also track your shipping through your account, using Track & Trace. PostNL's delivery time to countries in Europe is typically 2 to 3 business days.

Worldwide

For deliveries to the United States, Canada, Australia, China, Japan and other countries outside Europe, shipping costs are €39.50. Any import duties are not included in the shipping costs and are at the expense of the recipient. Orders are insured and sent registered via PostNL.
